All our auctions have a 10% BUYERS FEE up to $500
You MUST have a Valid EMAIL ADDRESS in order to Register to bid. If you have problems verifying your credit card during registration, please contact your bank. Ukrainetz/Karla's Auction is not responsible for authenticating your card. A charge of $1 might temporarily show up on your card. That charge will fall off your statement, usually within 5-7 business days.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR NEW BIDDER REGISTRATION FOR KARLA'S/UKRAINETZ AUCTIONS:
1. From ukrainetzauction.com click the Online Auctions tab, or go directly to
2. Go to the either the three lines in the top left or right corner, or click on Login/New Bidder.
3. Enter your email address twice to verify it.
4. Then go to STEP 2 and fill in the Account information. a. Choose an user name and
password b. Select the options you wish to use on your account (most choose to hide
Username from public) c. Then create your account
5. Then select PAYMENT METHOD.
a. Enter your credit card and all information requested. (This must match your Credit Card statement)
b. Save Payment Method (it will save if it
works, if not double-check the information that you entered. If you are still having issues, contact your bank, as the Auction company cannot assist you with this part)
6. Select the auction you are wanting to bid in.
7. Click the Auction Hammer on the Black line and enter your username & password that you created in 4a.
8. If you do not wish to use your Credit card for payment, make note of e-transfer under remarks. CASH PAYMENT IS NOT AN OPTION, AS WE DO NOT HAVE CASH ON SITE.
All items are sold in “AS IS” condition.

Bidder understands and agrees that no refunds, exchanges, adjustments, charge backs, etc, will be allowed. Property is available for inspection at specified times and it is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition. Bidder's failure to inspect any item or lot will not constitute grounds for any claim, refund, adjustment, charge back, etc. All description information has been gathered from sources which we believe to be reliable but are not guaranteed. Auctioneer makes no warranty or guarantee of any kind with respect to condition, authenticity, provenance, source, condition, suitability for a particular purpose, etc. Auctioneer reserves the right to change, modify, delete any item or lot or description in the auction. Set a Max Bid for any item and don’t worry about monitoring the item constantly. Your Max Bid is invisible to all other bidders and the current high bid does not rise unless another bidder triggers an increase by bidding against you.
This Auction uses Staggered Close with lots starting to close at 1pm and continues until all lots are closed. This Auction also uses Soft Close - if there is a bid in the last 2 minutes the bidding on that lot can be extended by another 2 minutes.
If you feel you were a winning bidder, but have not rec'd an email notification by 2 hours Post Auction, please check your JUNK OR SPAM FOLDER. Or you can contact Karla @ 306-621-8051 the post auction day. ANY items not picked up by within 7 days from closing date will be considered forfeited
Auction Terms & Conditions:
1.The title, ownership and right of property in the said good shall not pass the purchaser but shall remain the interest of the auctioneer by way of an assignment from the vendor until the entire purchase price and interest, if any, and all costs and expenses on a solitor and client basis are fully paid, this to include the payment of any judgements secured and all legal costs on a solicitor and client basis associated with the seizure of the said goods.
2.The auctioneer will not be responsible for any errors, defects, or fault concerning any goods sold as each item is sold as it is and without any recourse against the auctioneer.
3.Storage of any purchase shall be at the sole risk of the purchaser. The auctioneer will not be held responsible if the said good are lost, stolen, damages, destroyed, resold, or dealt with any other manner.
Parcel services price changes
Changes to our pricing take effect on Monday, September 12, 2022.
The price changes include:
A 4% increase in the weighted average price for commercial customers using Domestic parcel service.
A 1.4% increase in the weighted average price for commercial customers using USA/International parcel service.
Priority™ Worldwide price increases take effect on Monday, January 9, 2023.
